The Bundle includes 80 seats, a dance floor large enough for ~150 guests, and plenty of lighting to light the entire yard. More tables and seating can be added if needed.

Ten Classic Farm Tables
Our Classic Farm Tables are 3′ x 8′ and come with four 3.5′ benches or 8 fruitwood chairs to seat 8 guests per set. This is enough comfortable seating for 80 guests.
Pro tip:Need more seating than what the Bundle provides? Adding round tables with linens is an affordable and attractive way to add additional seating to the Bundle! See the above photos for examples.
string Lighting
Details
Up to 400ft of String Lighting
Our string lighting is strung and set up by our team of lighting professionals to fit your desired layout. A complimentary lighting consultation prior to the event date is included.
If more than 400 ft of lighting is needed, the normal rate per foot will be added to your order.
Dance Floor
Details
16’x16′ Dance Floor
Our 16′ x 16′ Dance Floors are ideal for weddings with 150 guests or less. Dance floors can be set up inside or outside on level grassy or paved surfaces. Our crew members will do all the heavy lifting and set up the dance floor. Just point us towards where you want it placed!
For any ultra partiers out there, please inquire about upgrading to a larger dance floor to accomodate higher guest counts.
What is included in the Backyard Wedding Bundle?
The Bundle includes the following:
– Up to 10 farm tables with either benches or fruitwood folding chairs.
– Up to 400 feet of custom string lighting installed.
– A 16’x16′ dance floor
I'm getting married at a venue. Can I still rent the Bundle?
Yes of course! We picked the name “Backyard Wedding Bundle” because it is a great solution for backyard weddings (and it has a nice ring to it) , but it is suitable for just about any indoor or outdoor venue as well.
What if I don't need everything in the Bundle? Can I swap with other items in your inventory?
If the Bundle does not best suit your backyard wedding rental needs, we will do our best to find help you put together a rental order that does! You can get started by creating a wishlist of the items you do want here.
We don’t offer “custom” Bundles. In other words, other invetory items may not be substituted and included in the bundled rate.
If you don’t need all 10 farm tables, the most cost effective option may be renting the items separately. If you’re unsure, just click the “Check Availability” button above and send us a note detailing what you think you will need. We’ll help you arrive at the best conclusion.
How much does the Bundle cost?
The Bundle is priced to be the best value for any Arizona backyard wedding rental package. The price is $1,810.00 plus delivery and tax.
Delivery is calculated per mile from our warehouse in Mesa to your venue. Delivery within the Phoenix area usually amounts to between $50 and $150 dollars (not subject to sales tax).
Mesa sales tax (8.3%) applies to the rental amount of $1,810.00.
You are not charged extra for the set up of the Bundle items.
Do you style the items I rent for my event?
We do not provide styling services ourselves, but we know some great event stylists who we’d be happy to refer you to.
Can I come see your rental inventory in person?
Yes! Our warehouse is located at 3633 N 55th Place Unit 102 Mesa Az 85215. We are by-appointment-only, so please use our Calendly page to pick a time for a one-on-one Inventory Tour.
Where do you deliver?
Our standard delivery area is the Phoenix Metro area. We are able to provide deliveries outside of the Phoenix area between the months of June and September. Events outside of the Phoenix area (Tuscon, Flagstaff ,Sedona, Pinetop, etc.) will require Long-Distance Delivery Fees associated with their rental order.
When will you deliver and pick up my rental items?
We will confirm via email your delivery and pick up windows two weeks before your event date.
Our standard delivery is a morning-of, two hour arrival window, excluding Sundays. If our schedule and availability allows for it, we will deliver your order the day-before at no extra cost. However, if you want to guarantee a day-before delivery at the time you book your order, you will have to pay an extra partial day’s rental rate.
Our standard pick up is a day-after, eight hour arrival window, excluding Sundays. If your event requires a pick up outside of that window, please let us know as soon as you are able. We currently do not charge any extra fees for after-hour pick ups, however our availability to accomodate may be limited.
How long will I have the rental items for my event?
Our standard rental period is one calendar day. This means that if you book an order for a wedding on a Friday, you will have access to your rental items Friday morning as early as 9am until Saturday morning as late as 9am. However, you may rent our items for additional calendar days based upon availability. Additional rental rates may apply. Depending on our schedule, we may adjust our standard rental period. For specific questions regarding complex delivery and pick up needs, please call us to discuss – 480.409.2873.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
We occasionally allow specific delivery and/or pick up times upon special requests to accomodate venues with very strict time alotments. We do not charge extra fees for specific arrival times.
Do you set the items up for me?
Wedding Invitation Bundle Sets
Yes we do! This is one of the things our customers love the most about our service. We’ll arrive either the day before or the morning of your wedding to set up and place all the tables, seating, lighting, and dance floor exactly where you want them. You won’t even have to lift a finger.
How far in advance should I book my order?
This depends on when your event is taking place. Our busiest months are October – November and January – May. If your event is during those months, you are safest to book 8-12 months in advance, 6 months out is cutting it close. For events in December or between June – September, you are usually okay to book within 6 months of your event and still find availability for the items you are wanting.
What size of deposit is required to book my order?
All that is required to secure your rental order with us is a non-refundable 30% deposit. The remaining balance will be due two weeks before your event’s date.
